DEFINITIONS AND GETTING STARTED
This is an agreement between Icarus Entertainment Private Limited, which is incorporated pursuant to section 12(1) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, from here on called the "LLP" or “Uma Poker” (the LLP could also be referred to as "we", "us", "our" and other such adjectives), including but not limited to its website www.umapoker.com and any of our applications hosted there or downloaded from a third party website, or mobile app store from here on collectively referred to as the "Website" and the End User from here on will be referred as "you", "your", "User" or "Player".
All tournaments, promotional games, contests and cash games organized on the Website or third party promotional websites, leagues, live events, television shows are collectively referred as "Games". All software including the Website, any applications hosted therein or downloaded from there, and any updates to the same are collectively referred to as the "Software". The Software and the Games and any applications thereto offered or linked to our Website are collectively referred to as the "Services" offered to the User or Player.
Restricted States: would mean the Indian States which restricts gaming in their respective territories, i.e., the states of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, Gujrat and Sikkim or any other Indian state which by law restrict Poker.

We have a total and unwavering commitment to the safety and security of player funds. Player balances are kept in segregated accounts and not used for operational expenses. This ensures that your funds are always available for you to withdrawal in accordance with our banking and security procedures.
Please note, UMA Poker reserves the right to use additional eligibility criteria to determine the withdrawal options players may be offered at any given time.
Withdrawal Policy Details
Withdrawals are automatically credited back to any and all of the following methods that you have used to make deposits.
Withdrawals are first processed back to the method(s) used to deposit. Within each deposit method, withdrawals are then applied back to your oldest deposit first and your most recent deposit last.
We apologize if our withdrawal policy is an inconvenience, but this is a security feature designed to protect our customers against fraud. It ensures that no one can profit from misuse of another's account.
Other Withdrawal Information
Please note that to comply with local regulations, requests for withdrawals of winnings in excess of INR 10,000 per day are subject to the deduction of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS). All funds that are:
deposited to your UMA Poker Account
or received by a transfer from another player
must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
In special cases, additional information may be required for a withdrawal to be processed. From time to time it may also be necessary to withhold player winnings until the completion of game play or fraud reviews, which are routinely carried out in order to ensure the integrity of our games.
How to Make a Withdrawal Request
To make a withdrawal request, login to your Account and visit the Cashier. Select the ‘Withdraw’ button and input the amount you'd like to withdraw, then choose 'Withdraw'.
Review the information on the withdraw screen carefully before you complete your withdrawal request. If you see that the card or account designated to receive your withdrawal has been cancelled or has expired, please cancel your withdrawal request and email Support.
Once you submit your withdrawal request, we will send you an email notification confirming each transaction made within your UMA Poker Account. Always refer to your confirmation email after you've made a withdrawal to confirm how your funds were processed.
Withdrawals Processing Time Frame
Withdrawals processed back to previous deposits with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and NetBanking will appear on your statement within 3-10 business days.
Withdrawals processed back to previous deposits with CashFree will be sent to the account you used for deposit via CashFree. Please note that credits to wallets will be applied immediately; others may take 3-10 business days to appear in your account balance.
Direct Bank Transfer withdrawals will be sent for processing within 72 hours. Please allow 1 business day for the funds to appear in your bank account.
